Dark Star or 9-S is a hybrid by Paul Thomson. It is a cross between Rixford and Neitzel. The fruits has darker shade with good flavor.

The best source for cuttings

The website had all the information I could need as a new grower, it really made picking my cuttings easy. They arrived at a reasonable time and were not damaged during travel. I received very good quality cuttings as well, they look very healthy, green, and they started rooting within two weeks. I highly recommend

The fastest and most prolific

She grows very quickly, I have to prune this one the most. This year she has fruited 3 times, each more than the last. As long as her branches are plump and you only have two per branch the fruit are good size. The flavor is like a sweet kiwi.
