Fruit flesh colors will be Magenta, Pink, Red, and/or White. USDA Certified Organic and CDFA Registered Organic. Each fruit will weigh approximately 6 oz to 18 oz. Our average ship size is around 10 oz (over 1/2 pound)
2 Pounds SMALL Gift Box will have approximately 2-3 fruits, size and varieties will vary
3-4 Pounds MEDIUM Gift Box will have approximately 3-7 fruits, size and varieties will vary

Wallace Ranch is known in the produce industry for our delicious sweet California Certified Organic Dragon Fruit. Our fruit is grown in Bonsall, California in San Diego County, in a perfect Mediterranean climate where the highest flavor profile fruits like American Beauty were originally hybridized. We specialize in magenta- pink-fleshed fruits but also grow several red and white-fleshed varieties. We believe in fresh fruit to our customers so we harvest the day of pack/ship. From vine, to your box, to the delivery carrier, to you. We do not label the fruit because we don't know if it will be a gift or not, but we do include a list of varieties we pack in your specific box.
We pick and pack to ensure freshness during shipping but there may be uncontrollable factors when the produce is shipped. It is possible that issues out of our control with the shipper such as lack of climate control, humid/hot/cold weather, the boxed produce left sitting in the sun at delivery, etc could change the ripeness and freshness of the fruit. We will promise to ship good fruit but can't promise what happens after. We will always try to work with you if an order doesn’t turn out as expected. Our goal is always "Happy Dragons"!
This item includes EXPEDITED SHIPPING. We ship freshly harvested fruits Monday and Tuesday, or if we know you will get it by Saturday. +If you order on Wednesday, your product will likely be shipped the following Monday unless we know it will get to you within 1-3 days. We will ship UPS, UPS 2-Day Air, Fed-Ex or USPS Priority Mail, whichever is the fastest method. We ship in special shipping boxes to ensure freshness and damage control.

Refund Policy
We maintain a strict "No Refunds" policy on all fresh produce, and refunds are not guaranteed. However, we understand that issues can arise during transit, and we will work with you to find a solution if your order does not arrive as expected. In the event of confirmed damage, we typically issue a proportional store credit.
Damage and Quality Claims
We hand-harvest and pack our produce to ensure freshness, but we cannot control transit conditions such as carrier handling or weather exposure.
If your order arrives with significant damage or ripening issues, you must submit a claim within 24 hours of carrier delivery. Please email wallaceranchdragonfruit@gmail.com with the following information:
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the damaged produce and packaging.
Please note that dragon fruit is a soft-skinned fruit; minor skin bruising, marks, or branch blemishes are natural and are not considered damage.
Upon receiving your email, we will evaluate the situation and may request additional photos to complete our assessment.
