Physical Graffiti or 1-S is a hybrid created by Paul Thomson and is regarded by most as one of the best all around Dragon Fruit. Flesh color is magenta and very tasty.

I have recently decided to get serious about dragon fruit after several years of having a few American Beauties. I have ordered various varieties from about 10 vendors. Several have been good (I have been doing bonsai, orchids and fruit trees for several decades - so I feel comfortable with evaluating plants and suppliers). Wallace Ranch is the best I have encountered- great product, excellent service - I have not experienced this level of customer service and high end product in the dragon fruit world.
