Robles Red has it's roots at Wallace Ranch Dragon Fruit Farm. Created by Julio Robles, It is a hybrid dragon fruit of American Beauty flower cross pollinated with Orejona pollen.

Robles Red is a self fertile, deep purple to reddish flesh, round shape Dragon Fruit. An excellent, all-around variety. It grows fast, matures fast and fruits ripen a few days faster than most dragon fruits. Skin is thicker than most, this will do well against bruises. Inside are many but small crunchy seeds. Texture is firm. Taste is in the middle, mild sweet, mild tart with a hint of floral scent.

Second shipment

The second shipment and one cutting that was damaged in shipping. It’s not a big deal, but they certainly don’t treat the mailing box with care. We’re happy customers and the plants we’ve bought from you in the past are growing and in bloom. Robles Red doesn’t like the Florida sun so we need to give it some shade. It is a great tasting fruit and heavy producer. Blooms early.

Received Robles Red cutting and planted a week ago. Cutting was healthy/great quality. Easy ordering and fast shipping, great company. It would be nice if shipping was a little less expensive.

Planting

It would be nice to have a planting guide as to planting. So u plant into the ground or let it grow roots before planting. No directions Thank u . Plant looks great now I wait & see.
