
This item is for SHIPPING ONLY to California. PRIORITY SHIPPING INCLUDED in price TO CALIFORNIA. Any orders made that cannot be shipped to California will be canceled. Ordering will be available online for SHIPPING TO CALIFORNIA ONLY shipped on Monday and Tuesday ONLY. If you order on Wednesday, your product will be shipped the following Monday unless we know it will get to you within 1-3 days. We will ship USPS Priority Mail or the fastest method such as UPS.
Fruit flesh colors will be Magenta, Pink, Red, and/or White. USDA Certified Organic and CDFA Registered Organic. Each fruit will weigh 6 oz to 18 oz. Our average ship size is around 8 oz (1/2 pound)

We do not label the fruit because we don't know if it will be a gift or not, but we do include a list of varieties we pack in your specific box.
Wallace Ranch is known in the produce industry for our delicious sweet California Certified Organic Dragon Fruit. Our fruit is grown in Bonsall, California in a perfect Mediterranean climate where the highest flavor profile fruits like American Beauty were originally hybridized. We specialize in Magenta and pink-fleshed fruits but also grow several red and white-fleshed varieties. We believe in fresh fruit to our customers so we pick the day of pack/ship; so from vine, into the box, to the delivery carrier, to you. We ship fresh produce on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
We pick and pack to ensure freshness during shipping but there may be uncontrollable factors when the produce is shipped. It is possible that issues out of our control with the shipper such as lack of climate control, humid/hot/cold weather, the boxed produce left sitting in the sun at delivery, etc could change the ripeness and freshness of the fruit. We will promise to ship good fruit but can't promise what happens after. We will always try to work with you if an order doesn’t turn out as expected.
We are unable to refund the postage as shipping is through a third party and we are unable to control shipping factors, which may delay the quality of your order. However, we are willing to work with you on disputes with shipping carriers for any damages/loss during shipping. Please keep in mind, that our shipments are considered perishable goods and may not be eligible for refunds by most shipping carriers.

If your product/box arrives damaged, you must provide pictures and a detailed explanation of the produce damages within 24 hours of carrier delivery and send it to wallaceranchdragonfruit@gmail.com. Upon receiving the email, we can evaluate the damages to your order and work with you toward a solution. We may request additional photos to better assess the situation.
If there is a ripening issue with your order, you must provide pictures and a detailed explanation of the ripening issue within 24 hours to wallaceranchdragonfruit@gmail.com. This will allow us to evaluate the situation and work towards a solution with you. Additional pictures may be requested.
